What a fantastic day we had at the magnificent London Club at the Kent Wish Foundation event with Paul Merson on Wednesday 6th November 2019. Over 90 golfers took part and they were joined by Paul and other celebrities such as Gus Poyet, Monty Panesar, Don Goodman, Sir Trevor Brooking, Alan Curbishley and our very own patron Scott Minto.
The winners on the day were the team led by Matt Allom from Allom Cafe's who had Gus Poyet as part of his team. They also won the putting competition but graciously donated their prize back to the event to be auctioned off.
We would like to thank our sponsors of the event Primitive Earth and Standard Plant Hire along with all the members of the Barclay's Bank team that made the day possible through their hard work and matched fundraising.
Other celebrities that took part and gave up their time to support the event were Marlon Harewood, Luther Blissett and Derek Redmond.
Thanks to everyone that took part in the event and we are already looking forward to our next golf event on 20 March 2020 with special guest Ray Parlour and probably a few other celebrities too.
